Turn Over at KTIW

Well, a bit of turn over at the airport, my boss sold out. Apparently, my new bosses are are real estate mogul and an advertising mogul with the intent of marketing the heck outta the place and putting it on the map.


Rumor has it they want Shawna to run the daily operations. This has me kinda of dismayed, as I trained her. However, she does live 5 minutes from the place and I live 40. I also have a ton of things on my plate I would rather not get into here, as big brother may be watching, lets just say children and I'm interviewing for another job (around the corner from my house) this week. BTW, I really am not the "she's-in-charge" type. Petroleum products are volatile enough by themselves, no?


My brother should be coming home from Iraq around Halloween, and I am very excited, however, I do not know how much longer he is commited to the Army. I am afraid he will end up back in NY rather quickly, and not be any assistance to what I have going on, please see big brother comment.


I have made a pretty good friend in L, our new neighbor. I was quite put off by her at first, X made friends with her first. I kept myself mostly at a distance because she is everything I was (Read as: Happy Homemaker). Anyhow, I got over myself and learned she is a human being just like me (Read as: Everyone has their own shit they are dealing with).


I am totally into Rescue Me on Wedsnesday nights, it is my dose of softporn for the week. I finally found the album their theme song is on, it is pretty kick ass. I guess it is alt/punk, but reminiscent of The Doors. It really gets me pumped up for work.
